A New Start Part 4

Welcome to another Monday!!

I hope everybody had a great week-end and that you’re now ready for a fantastic week.

Today’s prompt:

Your character finds a black and white photo. Write about it.

Antonio looked at his watch. Seven sharp.

He brought a bottle of wine, and was now wondering if it was appropriate. Certainly more appropriate than the condoms and lube you have in your pocket! Dismissing the thought, he took a deep breath and rang the bell.

Damn, he wasn’t ready. Drying his hands on a napkin, David ran for the door, waited for a second, took a deep breath, plastered a smile on in face, and opened it. 

“Hello, Antonio. Please come in.” Antonio smiled and stepped inside, handing him the bottle of wine.

“No kiss? Well, maybe later then”

Andrew blushed, closing the door and showing him the way.

“I’m running late. Why don’t you sit on the couch and I’ll bring you a glass of wine? Or something else…”

“Wine would be fine, thank you.”

Andrew turned around and headed to the kitchen while Antonio looked around him. He spotted a photo on the buffet and stepped closer to see it. It was a black and white pic of a young couple the day of their wedding. He smiled, watching it, until he realized that the man in the picture was Andrew. He froze, anger building inside him.

When Andrew came back in the room, Antonio was standing still and looking at him with fury in his eyes.

“What…”

“Are you married?”

Oh no!

“Yes, but…”

Antonio didn’t wait for his explanations. He stormed out of the house and got in his car, leaving Andrew completely paralyzed.
